Debating posting horror/creepy games for the month of October cause...Halloween? Meh, I dunno. Usually I just post whatever the heck I want. Maybe I shall post a higher frequency of such such videos for this month.
OKAY SO SCHEDULE.
Bioshock 1 begins uploading today. I will be uploading two Bioshock episodes every odd numbered day (ie. Oct 1, Oct 3, Oct. 5 etc.) At that rate, I will be done uploading the entire LP by the end of the month.
On even numbered days, I will be alternating uploads between: Guild Wars 2, Unreal Tournament 3, Haunted Mansion (Gamecube), Bioshock Infinite and Skyrim.
Expect Half Life 2 Episode 2 by the end of the month. Expect Dishonoured: Brigmore Witches early November.
Extra Life is on October 25. I am in a dodgeball tournament that day as well, so I will be joining in the video games after 5pm and pulling an all-nighter.
If I have free time, I will likely make some silly custom titlecards for YouTube. Top of the list for these is UT3.
As for co-op projects (holy crap I'm doing a lot of videos), I will continue Burial at Sea with Shauna before moving on to the new Alien game being released. I will continue playing Resident Evil 5 with Voyeur and I expect to start Hunted: The Demon's Forge with Mesk once he is done some of his other projects. That brings me to my next news...
I, uh, may or may not be voice acting a small part in an audiobook...heh...
I will post the link here when it is released...if it is released publicly.

"Security"
Happy Monday I think. Super tired from staying up late to play skirmishes in Neverwinter, only to get no useful items from the rewards box. Ah well. At least we had a lot of interesting conversations, most of which I can't remember. A lot of game related, a bit of anime and Nick and Shauna spent an entire round testing the chat censor (the people we played with that round left in a hurry after it was finished). We even managed to break the skirmish one time, but it actually wasn't my fault for once.
So yeah, getting a bullshit security camera installed at my work right now. I'm watching them run the cable, giving them a dirty looks. Apparently they want to ensure that we monitor our "high risk" valuables and assets. This would include: a fridge with a small amount of alcohol in it, three computers (two that are over ten years old (one of which solely runs a program, copyright 1988) and one that's powerful enough to run an internet browser and some spreadsheets), a printer as old as I am, a laser printer no one would want nor could easily carry out of a BASEMENT, about 100 ratty old shoes and a coffee machine. Okay, there is a decent sound system down here, but it would take a long time to remove, meaning that they would have to come in the middle of the night not to be noticed by anyone else in the building.
I work it a bowling alley in a private club meaning there are cameras people would need to pass to get the goods out. There is one door they could escape out, but they cannot get IN that door meaning they would walk past those cameras and never come back. Not only that, they would need to be staff or a member to get through the security doors (they need a card). Now theoretically they could dodge a camera one way by using the back entrance, or hold the side door open for a person to come and meet them, but they would still have to walk by the cameras at a time that no one else is working or would notice them and the bowling alley is open later than most parts. There are a lot of hiding places here, so someone could hide until close and sneak around, but in that case why wouldn't they go after better stuff in other departments? If anything is stolen, it would likely be a staff member with unrestricted access who can hang around after hours without being suspicious. There are easier places to steal alcohol from which means that kids would be the only ones that would ever try and steal alcohol from here. The fridge is locked unless we are serving, and when we are serving we sit RIGHT in front of it. I do not believe kids are intelligent enough to steal alcohol from here without being noticed. The only thing a person I know has had stolen up here was a wallet and they left that in the middle of the curling area. The kids that took it took the credit cards, five dollars, the debit card and the air miles card (wtf). They made it to Jugo Juice, tried the card and when it failed, they ditched everything in a shoe store.
Point is, yeah, you could steal something from here. I could think of exactly how you'd do it, but it's too much effort for too little payoff. This is a way to keep an eye on us and try to cut jobs and hours by proving we don't need as many people down here. We're already short-staffed meaning we'd be screwed for large parties where half the people usually get drunk and do stupid things that we need to manage. So good job guys. Way to waste time, effort and money on something that will ultimately be useless and make us all uncomfortable. I only ever worked in one place with security cameras and I worked retail for 7 years. In this place, half the security cameras were fake so you could always find somewhere you're not being PEERED AT.
So bullshit aside. Knife of Dunwall has finished uploading. Neverwinter dungeons, Skyrim and soon, Dark Souls will be going up. I will be taking a few vacations at the end of July here and in August. My plan is to upload everything I want to post before I leave and then publish at regular intervals from my phone. Whether this system works or not will be an adventure in itself.
PS - Give my coworkers a week with that security camera running. They will find a way to exploit it. These are the people that used the monitor for an old security camera in an adjacent room (as we were responsible for it and didn't have someone there for operating hours) to set up a Nintendo system over the summer, used the stick designed to raise the bumpers to give people their shoes without getting out of the chair, spent a significant amount of time on pranks (such as jamming ever bowling ball in the alley behind lane 4 in a way that they would have to be moved, by hand, back to their lanes) and come up with elaborate zombie apocalypse strategies should it happen while we are in the bowling alley. Do not underestimate these people.

You Can Steak the Bus
One of the better typos of mine that I've come across. Took me a good amount of time to figure out what I meant, which is probably due to being tired rather than anything else. I am tired because it is hot. It is hot because the temperature outside has been ridiculous and my room traps heat. I also have a computer and a laptop, both of which are usually running. I have switched off my computer for the evening, so hopefully that helps. I just hope I don't burn out another fan motor.
Oh yeah and I hit 500 subscribers today. That's pretty cool. I do not have a video prepared yet, but I will post something...different...for the occasion. Not sure when it will be done, but I will be posting it soon.
Let's see...what can you expect out of the next few weeks...
-Half Life 2 Episode 1 is finished, so I will begin recording Episode 2 shortly.
-More Dishonored DLC. While it's not the most popular, it has been one of my favourite games that I've played over the past year, so I will be sharing those videos
-I will be making an attempt at Dark Souls once I get a controller hooked up. I will not be able to play on a keyboard. I took a look at the controls and it was...well disgusting to put it mildly. I hope to have some episodes up by next week
-More Neverwinter videos (montages and Schwa Can't MMO episodes). I will be posting two of the dungeons we completed (the ones I didn't have random crippling lag in) as we had a lot of fun playing them.
-I have Skyrim videos, so I will probably post those. It's not just clip shows either! It's an honest effort to try and LP some.

Alternator
Summer heat is getting to me a bit. Took a week off, binge watched Orange is the New Black, and worked on videos and writing. The phone I got to replace my old one (as it was beginning to fall apart) is defective (are you really surprised?) and so I must go and get that replaced. I expect the rest of this week to be filled with writing, uploading, encoding and trying to figure out if I should post anything special for 500 subscribers. I probably won't have anything ready in time, but we'll see. I have a couple ideas.
Half Life 2 Episode 1 and Dishonored DLC will continue to alternate. I will run out of Half Life videos first, so I'll probably start uploading some other content when that is finished. I still need to record Episode 2. I am just clearing off the Neverwinter videos off my drive and then I can start Dark Souls. I expect rage.
Got menaced by another dude in a truck yesterday. I swear I'm going to develop a nervous twitch every time I see a pick-up now. I pulled over to text message someone and figure out if I had the address right, and about 30 seconds later this man in a black truck speeds into reverse (seriously, he was going about 50km/hr in reverse) and accelerates towards my car and stops less than an inch away from my back bumper. So I'm effectively wedged between him and the car in front of me. Then he just sits in his car. At this point I'm freaking out because I had no idea what this person's deal was. I didn't do anything. I was actually going to leave before he did that, only I wasn't sure if I could still get out. Eventually this woman comes out from across the street, talks to the guy in the truck and then comes over and tells me I need to move to the loading zone. I told her I just pulled over to send a message and that I couldn't get out, but she wouldn't tell the truck driver to back off like AN INCH (he had like 5 metres to work with behind him...if he wanted to park where I was all he had to do was back off for a second at most). So I had to slowly inch my way out past the car in front of me, which I almost hit, and I got out of there. Seriously had no idea what these people's problems were. It wasn't an illegal place to park and the truck was faffing about in the street before I parked there. I hate downtown man.

Summer Time
It's ridiculously hot here this week. It's supposed to be over 30 degrees outside today. It's only 11am and this room is like a sauna. My icy Canadian blood can't take it!
THE FAN DOES NOTHING.
So Transistor is fully uploaded and I'm working on getting HL Episode 1 out. I have a few segments produced, so I can post those whenever. The entire LP is finished (it was really short), so I'll transfer those files and start recording HL Episode 2 when it's not so hot and people aren't ripping a fence to pieces out back. I'd close the window but...
So on the schedule for this July we will have:
Dishonored DLC
Half Life Episode 1
Half Life Episode 2
Dark Souls
Any other random videos I come across when cleaning out my hard drive.
Also.
WHY AM I EATING SOUP?

Forgot a Title
This is the final week of my contract job. I'll be sad to leave this place, but I have a summer of part-time work, catch-up with LPs and writing ahead. July approaches and I'll be around for most of it. This is what you can expect for the next couple of weeks:
Solo LPs
Transistor - Finish uploading by the end of June.
Half Life Episode 1 - Begin uploading this week (probably starting June 25 or 26)
Dishonored DLC - Alternate with Half Life Episode 1
Dark Souls - IT BEGINS EARLY JULY. PREPARE YOURSELF FOR RAGE.
Co-op LPs/videos
Really up in the air to be honest.
Unreal Tournament 3 will be delayed until the people I plan on playing with get some personal affairs sorted out.
Borderlands 1 - Might be an LP
Neverwinter - Not really an LP, but I'm recording enough of it that it theoretically COULD be.
Magicka DLC - Probably going to do this with Voyeur
Evil Within - Late Summer/Early Fall (whenever it's released) with Shauna
Just Cause 2 - Multiplayer MOD has apparently been "updated." Max potential for silliness.
EDIT - Offer still stands to join us on the Dragon server in Neverwinter. Rins@drschwa, SvetlanaMcnature@drschwa. If you join, I shall make you pants.

Summer Approacheth
Transistor will begin uploading tonight I think. Still have a little to recast, but that shouldn't take long if I actually sit down and just power through it. Or ramble through it in this case.
I may do some more Half Life Episode 1 recording over the next few days in addition to finishing the Dishonored DLC (heh). Other smaller, random projects will go up sporadically whenever I feel like it or happen to have relevant footage.
A lot of things are changing over the next while. I'm not too sure where we'll be, even a couple months ago, but I will say there are a few constants:
Videos will continue
Writing will continue
Cookies will be forever delicious.
As long as we have videos, writing and cookies, everything will be fiiiiiiiiiine.

Soundtrack Thursday 22
I meant for today to be another Retro games day, but then I saw Child of Light in my suggested videos sidebar and heard it was good soundtrack. So we're starting with that today and we'll see where it goes from there.
Going to follow the recommended videos further to Beyond Two Souls. Will be interesting to see if we have anything resembling a theme by the end of the day.
Next up is Tomb Raider, still navigating through the recommended videos of course. This soundtrack should get me to lunch, and we'll go from there.
Assassin's Creed III: Liberation is next up on the list, though I cheated a little by not following the recommended videos. I did however, get the idea from it as ACIII was a suggested video.
While I haven't played it, I hear that Metroid Prime is pretty good. We'll see what it sounds like music-wise. I may not listen to the whole compilation though as it is almost 3 hours long. Depends if it's really good or not I suppose.
It's too bad I already had Mirror's Edge and Transistor in previous soundtrack Thursdays. The point is to listen to new soundtracks, even though I've listened to these multiple times other days of the week since discovering them. I am sad that there aren't more games with female protagonists. Character creation games don't count in this case. Seriously.
In other news:
I have decided to alternate Transistor and Half Life Episode 1 after Dishonored is complete. Which will be soon. I shall post the Dishonored DLC periodically. Just thought I'd mix it up a little. Shauna, Nick and I are playing Neverwinter again. If you play, feel free to add me as a friend/join us. My username is drschwa.
My writing is beginning to stress me out, because I want to write these parts properly. They're going to end up as heaping piles of drivel bits, but if I go in with a different attitude, they will be smaller heaping piles of drivel bits. This summer could be it ladies and gents.
I'm starting a new(ish) job September 1. I have a whole summer of part-time work and video games ahead unless I find something else before then. I will likely apply for volunteer positions in areas of interest and write during that time.
New desk at work for my final few weeks. I was going to keep my old chair, but then I tried out one of the new ones and it has MEMORY FOAM. So I have adopted this new chair and am enjoying it a great deal. I like the window view. I do not like that every single person working in the room has to walk behind me to get to their desks. Visitors also constantly have to walk behind me. It stresses me out.
I found out if I wear my ear buds and drink a carbonated beverage, I can hear fizz inside my head. It sounds like pouring dry sand into water.
I can't remember where I put my damn lactaid again. That stuff is not cheap and I like ice cream too much. Ugh.
This news section has rapidly become more trivial.

Transistor
While uploading Dishonored I have been writing, playing Skyrim (shhh) and now, Transistor. I also keep thinking of "Transistor" as "Mansistor." Thanks for that one Mesk.
Transistor is pretty amazing (thanks Kristy, Oliver and random people I follow on Tumblr for encouraging me to pick it up). I am recording it and I'm not doing too bad. There is a distinct learning curve that I'm on. I can imagine the little graph in my head, but I'm having a lot of fun trying out a bunch of the combos. I eventually figure most things out, but the beginning might be a little cringe-worthy as I jump in knowing very little of the game. Like Bastion, this is a rare instance of me going into the game without playing any of it at all. Even in Dishonored I played a little bit of the first level for sound and recording tests. I will post these videos eventually.
I will finish Brigmore Witches this week, then I will continue recording Half Life Episode 1. Expect Transistor and HL EP1 to appear near the end of the month. I will start Dark Souls first week of July, because I will have ample time. I will start Bioshock around this time as well.
...
Also, I am really sad that I didn't think to name my Bulbasaur, Bulbafett in Pokemon Y. It's almost painful. These are the things I think of randomly when I'm in the car. I am pleased with my Pikachu's nickname of Zappy McGee however, so it all works out in the end.
PS - I am slowing down the recording a little bit. My wrist and hand are in rough shape.

Soundtrack Thursday 21
Coming up on our final Soundtrack Thursdays. I will be leaving my current job at the end of June as my contract has ended, so Soundtrack Thursday will be on hold until further notice. For now...
Transistor - I plan on playing this very soon as it's by the people that made Bastion, and I hear it's a good game.
The Last of Us - Played through MOST of the game and currently watching an LP of it. I like the game all right, but parts of it are....frustrating. The dialogue and storytelling element to it are quite good. I'd like to say it has a lot of movie elements in it. The music definitely has a similar style to a lot of other zombie games.
Halo Reach - Because I felt like Halo and it was linked as a related video on The Last of Us. I've always enjoyed the Halo soundtracks.
Mass Effect 1 - A series that I really need to get around to playing.
More Dishonoured episodes, as usual. I have about 10 segments left, plus the DLC. Thinking about my plans for solo LPs over the summer. I will come back with a more detailed schedule/idea of what's going on. Expect a lot more Retro gaming episodes.

Aches and Pains
Lots of projects underway and games to play. There's one problem that may slow me down, however. Last year I got pretty bad tendinitis in my thumb, and while it has a tendency to flare up, it hasn't been too bad since I gave it a break last summer. It's still doing all right, but I'm starting to feel pain in other locations in my wrist and in my far fingers from typing and gaming so much. It's been aggravated since I started playing console and handheld games again. I have still only played 1 hour of Watch Dogs because of this, so I've been watching my brother play instead because I'm curious. I will need to be careful as I need to use a computer and type to do my job at the moment, and I do not want to sacrifice the ability to be able to write (I'm on a roll with WMRR and I really do not want to slow down).
Dishonoured is about half finished uploading. I think after that I will be working on finding a good chunk of time for UT3. This has the potential to REALLY destroy my wrist and hand, so we'll see how it goes.
While I plan on releasing a few LPs over the next few weeks, I would like to say that I most of my energy for personal projects will be going into finishing my writing. I have worked on this bloody thing since I was 16 (9 freaking years) and has gone through many versions, but never a COMPLETE version. It may be shit, it may not go anywhere, I may have to rewrite it again, but I am going to finish one full rough copy and it will happen this year. The reason I bring this up is that I've had people message me to ask if I'd like to play some video games or join in LPs. My answer is I'd love to play more games, but with this and other things going on (like work and ageing grandparents and errands and trying to get my own vehicle), I can't currently give you a lot of my time. So please don't be offended if I say no. I just don't have enough time to do everything.

Quarter of a Century
I'd say longevity assumed, I'd be 1/4 through my life, but that can never be known so I'm going to forego all the "you're this much done your life" talk and just celebrate the fact that I have my pointy nails embedded into life for another year. Horray for solar rotations.
I never posted any LP updates yesterday. Summer LPs will be ramping up soon. I'm excited. I've been posting Dishonored gradually over the last month. Those videos will continue as I prepare to play and record Half Life Episode 1 (already started), the last 2-4 hours of Brigmore Witches (I'm sorry, there's been so much to do lately...but we aren't even close to that yet in the LP so meh), Dark Souls (oh boy), Bioshock 1 and Unreal Tournament 3 co-op.
Red-eye Retro episodes will go up on an occasional basis. I have tons of videos prepared for it thanks to WC2. I also plan to delve into Spelunker (pun intended), more Space Taxi, Commander Keen 4 and finish the Orc campaign in WC2 (which is a raging, hilarious, tired mess...like I have no idea how I managed to complete this one level). I may not be able to sleep sometimes, but hey, at least we all get silliness and nostalgia out of it.
One other random request concerned Skyrim. I've always been reluctant to play these games because they are so open-ended. If I do any long-term projects (ie not just silly clips) with Skyrim, I shall do the two DLC with the current character I have. I may need verify the cache on that game or something as I swear the number of broken objects and textures has exponentially increased.
Ah crap I meant to bring the Doge card I got to work. Monday I guess.

Dungeon Siege Forever
YouTube has a relatively new feature where I can look to see which of my playlists are getting the most views. It's kind of an interesting analytic to look at as I can see what videos are the most interesting for people visiting my channel (or videos overall). I've been diving into a lot of analytics at work for various communities, so I guess I got the bug or something. I've always loved numbers, even if I don't know what to do with them.
Anyway, top playlists are (no surprise really): Dungeon Siege 2, Dungeon Siege, Legends of Aranna, Broken World, Dungeon Siege 3, Diablo 1 and Dungeon Keeper 1&2. ("Music" was after Legends of Aranna, but it doesn't count as I am most likely single-handedly responsible for those views).
So consensus is people like Dungeon Siege. I'd say Dungeon Keeper doesn't count, but I made that playlist long after I produced the LP way back in...2009? Man...
So Dishonored continues to go up. I started recording more Brigmore Witches. It was disgusting. I hadn't played in about a month or two so I had no idea how to play any more. As a result, the first 20-30mins are just me faffing about confused and lost. I am on track now and am currently stuck on a fight (which is BAD because my first instinct is to just try to kill everything and I'm trying to go Low Chaos...plus I'm not really...equipped...to fight. I've been going the stealth route...). Anyway, I'll figure that one out.
Oh and pro tip: Always wear your god damned seatbelt, even if you are in a parking lot.
So the good news first: my brother is graduating high school. Yay. This was his grad (or "prom" as Americans call it) and he was not in the vehicle.
The bad news: Car accident. Not so yay...I wasn't the driver, but I was in the back seat. With no seatbelt at the time because we had stopped and were about to get out before we decided to try and find a closer spot. Poor life choice. Both my father and the truck driver did not see each other. I didn't even see it coming. When it hit, all I could think was trying to catch my phone as it ejected out of my hand.
Some locked bumpers and one punctured tire later I kind of freaked out and plugged in my seatbelt again and realized how dumb that was. Anyway, I hit the seat in front of me, quite gracefully actually for someone wearing glasses and didn't get hurt at all. Point is, if I hadn't been sitting there, I would have hit the dashboard or been launched into the front seat. We were only going 15km/hr. The other guy was probably doing double that, but it was enough. I got lucky, but please WEAR YOUR GOD DAMN SEATBELT. The god damn Batman demands it.
PS - Don't worry my phone didn't brain anyone.

Soundtrack Thursday 18 RETRO
As I mentioned last week, I planned on having a retro games soundtrack Thursday. These are all nostalgic games I never got to play unless I went to a friend's house and convince them to play! Then we'd just make forts and crafts, and play elaborate outdoor games instead. We nearly killed us all in Kelowna when we dug a big hole in the backyard, found the gas line, and proceeded to continue digging around it. We got in trouble for that one naturally.
Three hours of Street Fighter - I'm not sure if I'll listen to all of this as I want to get to other tracks, but it's good background music for work.
Three hours later:
Okayyy Sonic the Hedgehog 2 is up next. One of my favourite all time games. Used to always ask my uncle if I could play this whenever I was at his house.
Okay last track before the internet dies again is Super Mario World. Another game I would always try to convince others to play with me at their house. I was always Luigi, but that's fine. Turns out he's the cool one.
So, Half Life 2 is completely uploaded now. The other Half Life games I have not LPed will be up...sometime...soon...ish.
Meanwhile, Dishonored will begin uploading on Saturday. I will be using the rest of May and beginning of June to get some other projects out of the way and FINALLY do something with the skiing and dodgeball video I've had sitting around for a year. Yes Mini, I am finally going to make the TfaT 2013 Top Ten video. This year I promise I will not take so long.

A Good Place to Be
Where I have a ton of videos available to upload. There is one thing I need to be careful of though, and that is my bandwidth limit. I also don't want to flood people's feeds with videos, so I am trying to space uploads out every two-three days unless something like Outlast Whistleblower pops up (it was requested and I wanted to ensure it went up quickly like the last Outlast game). The LPs I post and the order in which I do it are based off of: requests, personal interest and viewer interest. I still have a small audience (which I actually prefer to be honest), so most of the choices I make in terms of what to record and post are based almost solely on my own interest. This is why Outlast Whistleblower and Half Life 2 have jumped to the top of the list.
So what about my other projects? In case you do not want to read all the details and want the bottom line...
Production order:
Half Life 2 (should be complete before May 15)
Outlast Whistleblower (uploaded and produced on-the-go)
Dishonored (is (mostly) recorded and ready to be posted. Should start showing up May 16/17)
Half Life Episode 1, Episode 2 (beginning - mid June)
Dark Souls - Early Summer
Dishonored is actually not fully recorded. That is...the DLC is not fully recorded. I am waiting until I have all of Half Life 2 posted (which should be VERY soon) and then I will begin the process of uploading that LP. I have a good 30+ segments, so this will give me loads of time to catch up on other projects, organize my drives and play some other games that I will not be recording (ie PS3/PS4 games). Because it's nice to just play a game sometimes and not worry about whether I'm running out of space or how loud I'm speaking in the dead of night. I have a small segment of Brigmore Witches left. I love this game, but other things came up and I ended up leaving that portion for later. I need to return to it quick though, because it's been a LONG time since I last touched it, and I don't want to risk having to relearn all the controls etc.
The Penumbra series really didn't interest me much. I enjoyed playing them enough at the time (though the third one was difficult to get through in terms of engagement) and we DID finish all three games (we would have quit if they were terrible...we have done that in the past *cough cough Haunted Memories*), but they were all just...meh. I was only really tense/scared at one point in Black Plague, and the rest of the gameplay couldn't seem to find a good balance between the elements. Basically it seemed that they were just throwing everything (puzzles, horror, mystery, storytelling etc.) at the wall to see what would stick. I think that's why Amnesia was so much more successful, because they figured out what worked from previous experience. Puzzles were downplayed, horror was accelerated and the environments were a hell of a lot more interesting (ie not just hallways upon hallways leading to hallways with an ice room and a lab thrown in). I like puzzle games, but you need variation or more atmosphere to get them to be engaging. When it's just boxes and jumping, it gets a little old fast. When there was variation, it was difficult to do what you wanted to with the interface provided. Anyhow, this is pretty much at the bottom of my list for getting out on YouTube, even though I have it fully recorded.
Bioshock Infinite is on hold, especially since Shauna's TV is still doing strange things. Outlast Whistleblower has taken priority over this, mainly because we've been looking forward to seeing what the DLC was all about. It is being recorded playing with a computer screen. We will likely return to Bioshock Infinite after this. This is why I have not been editing the last couple of segments from the game (though I REALLY need to get it off my drives like Penumbra).
Half Life Episode 1 is going to be posted after Dishonored. I already started to record it, and will likely finish recording and editing it so it is ready to be uploaded immediately after. My main goal is a more consistent uploading schedule. The game runs fine. It has the same problems as Half Life 2 in recording. Nothing really new there.
Still working on figuring out future collaborative LPs with Voyeur. I will update when we actually figure something out. I had the question of whether I would be "showing myself" and not just being a disembodied voice. I may be working on something like that with Voyeur. If that never comes about, I am not promising anything, but I MIGHT do a single-player LP of either F.E.A.R. or Amnesia: The Dark Descent (with the aims of playing alone on Hard and trying to get the "good" ending) with a reaction cam. Maybe. Possibly. I will decide.

Today Is Monday
The title states the obvious.
Expect to see the rest of Half Life 2 posted this week. I finished recording it yesterday (which includes some of the worst game freezing and desyncing I've encountered...especially since the boats level...freaking boats man) and will be editing it gradually throughout the week.
I will start uploading Dishonored early next week. It's nearly completely produced (haven't finished some of the Brigmore Witches yet), which is great because I can give you guys something to watch on my channel while I get other projects all finished.
Videos that may or may not have been mentioned in LPs recently. That or I just like them.
Wrecking Ball Metal Version - Because it is ten times better than the original song.
Half Life in 60 Seconds - This video is the reason why I scream Gordon Freeman's name every time I hear it in-game.
Half Life 1 in 20 mins and 41 Seconds - My jaw is still dropped a week after watching. I think my jaw may be broken. Perhaps I should look into that.
Not Once Has He Lost a Sword Fight - Not sure what I was expecting, but this surprised me. And made me giggle. I got strange looks from coworkers.
MY BRAND - I have special eyes.
Anyway...
OHI MARK.

Penumbra Overture
Is finally completely uploaded. I explain this in the description and in the video, but there is a significantly large portion of the video near the end that was corrupted and unusable. Therefore, all I had to work with was the mic audio. I cut out about 5-7 minutes of this audio, only putting in bits I thought were important to note...or particularly silly. At any rate, I apologize for this once more, but there is little I can do to fix it. I could have re-recorded it, but it would have been a bit botched anyway, and I do not have easy access to the save files as it was played on Shauna's computer and not my own. Anyway, the most important piece of the video are still there, so hopefully it doesn't bother you much.
More Half Life 2 and Bioshock Infinite queued up for this week. That is if I can force myself to focus on it and not play inFamous Second Son or Dishonored the whole time. I am a little bit addicted...and may only have received four hours of sleep last night because of it...
The new inFamous is actually pretty fantastic. I like the new character...even if he's a little ridiculous sometimes. All the time. Every time.

Soundtrack Thursday 13
Another soundtrack Thursday. It's been another tough week, though for different reasons. Regardless, I'm still sick and I have no energy so I'm going to let you guess what today's theme is rather than explain it.
Bioshock 1 - I actually thoroughly enjoyed this soundtrack. I liked it better than the Bioshock Infinite one. I've decided I need to LP this sooner than later.
Must resist the urge to listen to...Dishonored...tracks...
dot dot dot
Chocolate peanut butter eggs have been delivered to me via shady staircase hand-off. I may yet survive this day.
Dead Space 1 - Another game I really need to LP in the near future. I never actually finished it. Also...wtf when did I purchase Dead Space 2?
Motivation to stay functional...dropping. Must, get, coffee.
Half Life 2 - Fitting as I am LPing it.
Yep. The bottom of my coffee was where all the sugar escaped to.
F.E.A.R.
Holy crap I nearly had a heart attack when I thought my coworker was a giant, elongated cat head walking towards me out of the corner of my eye. This is not a good sign people. Now I know what terrifies me. Aside from spiders and demented Muppets popping out of closets and demonic omnipotent death hares and giant bat people. This is just a whole bucket of NOPE.
Actually I'd love to see concept art of the last three...as long as they stay out of my dreams.
This blog post appears to be an exercise in growing madness. I better conclude it before it gets worse. I added a list of all video LPs that you can see if you scroll down to the bottom of the blog. Also, I have fulfilled most of my promise for this week's videos. I only have to finish Penumbra Overture now.
Crap.

Derp
As I mentioned a few times last week, I didn't get much video produced as I had lost a lot of sleep, and really wasn't up to spending the time and energy producing the high-maintenance LPs...which incidentally is all three of the ones I'm currently releasing. I am currently encoding the last segment of Dishonored, so that LP will be fully prepared for release after I get the other three in order. I seem to have prioritized these poorly. I am going to redouble my efforts this week.
Penumbra Overture will be finished by the middle of the week (though I don't know what to do about the corrupt portion near the end...I'm tempted to re-record it myself, but we'll see). I'm actually quite pissed at how corrupt and desynced this LP turned out. It may be tainting my overall opinion of Penumbra, and that's really not the game's fault. That said, I may have a few words about the games themselves once this is all over.
Two new episodes of Bioshock Infinite have been uploaded. Expect 2 - 3 more by the end of the week. Also another pain in the ass to produce because of the echo.
Half Life 2 is fairly easy to edit and produce, but I got halfway through editing the next segment before I felt like smashing my face into the keyboard (not related to the game, I just stopped functioning at that point). I will be recording more this week, hopefully finishing the game completely. Expect at least 2 more episodes of that this week.
So in summary, you should expect a minimum of 6 videos, and a maximum of *shrug*
Point is, I'm still here, and I thank those who are waiting for specific videos for their patience. Meanwhile, I took a few hours to make a VERY SERIOUS VIDEO, because I really needed a little silliness this week.

Quick Update
Item 1: I've decided to alternate posting Penumbra and Bioshock Infinite, mostly because that is taking up the majority of the space on my drives, and they are cooperative projects with Shauna, meaning I want to get them posted quicker.
Item 2: I have not moved Half Life 2 footage off the computer I recorded it on yet. I am not done recording, but I think I will finish recording the entire LP before I post it, giving me time to upload the other content. This actually ties in with...
Item 3: I have a new hard drive. I caved yesterday at the store and purchased a 3tb hard drive, which should finally resolve my space issues. Though...I said that when I purchased the 2tb...
Item 4: I am terrible at Dishonored, but I am loving it. This will be the last LP posted out of the 4, and it is completely blind. I'll let that sink in. Yes...it is MESSY.
